Nominated in the #SocialCEOs awards in the Best Digital Champion category

I was so flattered to receive a tweet telling me I had been nominated for Best Digital Champion in this year’s 6th annual Social CEO Awards.

Founded in 2013, Social CEOs recognises and celebrates brilliant charity leaders who are using social media and digital to propel their charity forward.

The social media awards recognise people using social platforms exceptionally well. They use them to drive change; to move the conversation on; to amplify the voice of their cause. The digital categories honour those working to create real change using digital – within their organisation and across the sector.

I had a really great evening at JustGiving in London and across all the categories the winners were well deserved.

Zoe Amar and Matt Collins present the awards

Kate Collins, of Teenage Cancer Trust, was named the charity chief executive with the best social media presence at the Social CEO Awards last night.
